Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LYTWRK's software and services, including the LYTWRK Bookkeeping Agent application. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LYTWRK provides software that connects to business applications you already use, such as QuickBooks Online and your email, and automates repetitive administrative work within them.

Your account and authorizations

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for ensuring you have the authority to connect them. If you connect a company file belonging to a client, you confirm you are authorized to do so on their behalf.

You may revoke any connection at any time.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We access it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer's data to benefit another.

Third-party services

The service depends on third parties including Intuit, your email provider, and our AI provider. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their platforms.

Automated suggestions are not professional advice

The service produces bookkeeping suggestions using automated systems, which can be wrong. Nothing the service produces is accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice.

You are responsible for reviewing the service's output and for the accuracy of your own financial records. Suggestions applied automatically remain your responsibility to verify, and every change the service makes is logged and reversible.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you are not authorized to access, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

Warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYTWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Term and termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. On termination, connections are revoked and your data is deleted on request.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
