Who we are
LYTWRK builds AI-enabled workflow tools for small and medium service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form on this site, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your business and the work you'd like help with. We also collect anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics (page views and referrers via Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used. No advertising pixels, no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your inquiry and to set up the conversation you asked for. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Data from connected accounts
When you use a LYTWRK workflow that connects to your business software, we access data from those accounts to do the work you've asked for. This section explains what that involves.
QuickBooks Online
If you authorize a connection to QuickBooks Online, we access your chart of accounts, vendor and customer lists, projects and classes, transactions, and document attachments. We use this to categorize transactions, assign them to the right accounts and jobs, and attach supporting documents.
We write back to your QuickBooks company only to record categorization and attach documents. We never delete or void QuickBooks records.
If you authorize a connection to a mailbox, we read messages and attachments in order to find receipts and invoices that correspond to your transactions. We do not send email from your account.
Automated processing
We use third-party AI services to read receipt documents and to suggest how transactions should be categorized. Transaction details, receipt contents, and reference lists such as your chart of accounts and vendor list are sent to that provider for processing.
Our AI provider is contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models, and does not retain it after processing the request.
Suggestions above a defined confidence threshold are applied automatically. Everything else is held for a person on your team to review and approve. You remain in control of your books.
Keeping your data separate
Data from each connected company is stored separately and is never shown to, shared with, or used to improve results for any other customer.
Retention and deletion
We keep connected-account data only as long as needed to provide the service and to maintain an audit trail of changes made to your books. On request, or when you end your engagement with us, we delete it.
Revoking access
You can disconnect at any time from within QuickBooks, under Settings → Apps, or by visiting lytwrk.dev/disconnect. Once revoked, we can no longer access your data.
Where it lives
This site is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations. Form submissions are delivered to us by email. We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request or our working relationship.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email harsha@lytwrk.dev and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
